The Open class / Intermediate (pre requisite Beginners Course ) Practice proper breathing, hold with comfort and learn few variations of the asanas and relaxation.

GENTLE YOGA (5 sessions)

Yoga practice is available to everyone those new to yoga, practitioners, people of all ages and stages of health. Experiencing Gentle Yoga with modifications of specific yoga postures and breathing practices to calm the mind and bring healing energy to the body.

Pranayama - BREATHING  TECHNIQUES (5 sessions)

The Importance of Proper Breathing ,  Abdominal  Breathing,  Full Yogic Breath, Kapalabhati,  Anuloma – Violama

SUN SALUTATION - SURYA NAMASKAR (3 sessions) 

Learn the effective way of stretching, and toning the muscles in twelve steps.

HEADSTAND (3 sessions)

Designed to guide you gently and systematically through the eight steps of the asana. Learn how to hold it longer with comfort and minimum effort.

​

Office/Chair Yoga (5 sessions)

As an antidote to the tense muscles, shallow breathing and weakened circulation and concentration of long days at a desk. You will learn the techniques you can do in a chair and feel relaxed, revived and rejuvenated.

Yoga for Seniors (8 sessions)

Learn to modify the basic postures to meet the need of your maturing body, includes chair yoga, back care, joint care, fall prevention, strength and balancing body and mind.

Yoga for Teens Ages 12-16 (5-8 sessions) 

Learn postures that will help keep the body healthy. Breathing exercises and relaxation will help to deal with stress and improve concentration and mental stability.

Kids Yoga Ages 7-11 (5-8 sessions)

Learn postures that will help build the muscles and improve memory skills, help them focus and improve their health.

Kids Yoga Ages 3-6 (5-8 sessions) 

Learn postures that will help build the muscles and improve concentration and calm the mind.

 

PreNatal Yoga (8 sessions minimum)

You are engaged in the creation of a new life, not merely with your body but with your emotions, mind and spirit. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques can help you to prepare your mind and body. They also allow you to adapt to the changes of pregnancy, prepare for labor and adjust to life with the new baby.

Yoga for Stress Reduction (5 sessions)

Learn how to relieve tension, stress and stagnant energy and eliminate negative behavioural patterns and restlessness through specifically selected yoga postures and breathing exercises.

MEDITATION

Introduction to Meditation (5 sessions)

An introduction to the philosophy and psychology of the practice of meditation taking first steps towards attaining a calm and blissful mind. Practice sitting postures, deep relaxation, breathing exercises, concentration and methods of introducing positive suggestions in the sub-conscious mind.

Healing through Deep Relaxation Workshop (3 sessions)

Connect with true inner peace and soothe your body and mind. Explore the healing effects of Yoga Nidra, which can be used for insomnia, pain, trauma and anxiety.

Positive Thinking (5 sessions)

Learn to identify the habitual thought patterns that prevent you from fulfilling your highest potential. By applying simple practical methods of self inquiry, imagery, and positive affirmations that contribute to vibrant health and a more harmonious, peaceful and successful life.

Emotional Healing (5 sessions)   

Learn how to transform negative thoughts and emotions that lodge in the physical body resulting in disease and suffering. Explore the possibility of breaking free from your past and its old emotional patterns.

Specialised Therapy (Non Medical batches)

For people with any kind of health problems such as cervical, spondylosis, knee, lower back, shoulder, neck issues, diabetes, thyroid etc. Can call or email for fixing a prior appointment.

Satsang / Kirtan / The Yoga of Devotion (1  session)

Also known as Bhakti Yoga, Satsang transforms emotion to devotion, making hearts loving and compassionate in daily life. Through chanting of the Divine names and immersion in stories, we will create a celebration of the divine glories, opening our hearts to deep peace.

Om Chanting (1-3 sessions)

Learn to chant OM correctly through proper exhalation and how to experience God in this life, both outside and inside yourself.

​

Laughter Yoga (1 session)

Finding happiness through simple methods, being positive and shedding negativity and baggage easily for radiant  health and a happy childlike mind .

 

Yoga Nidra- Psychic Sleep Meditation (1-5 sessions)

Deep Relaxation and releases fatigue from body and mind. 

​

Satvik Cooking  Workshop Duration (3 hours)

Vegetarian meal without onions, garlic, egg and mushrooms. Six to seven courses with dessert.
